Castiel

So been fed up of not capturing a decent likeness in my portrait drawings, so been practicing a bit and this was the end result of that . I'm pretty pleased with it, I can certainly see the resembelance, it's not perfect but I can tell who it is. It's also the longest I've ever spent shading something and I know nothing about shading techniques apart from basic crosshatching (which I'm sure shows) but I'm pleased with it. Was drawn with a HB 0.5mm mechanical pencil for those interested.
