Melisandre colour study

Colour study of Melisandre (carice Van houten) from game of thrones. Was a real challenge to paint this, the colours were such a learning curve but I think it looked ok in the end. ITs still quite a bit off from what I wanted but its not too far from the reference. Theres a few problems likeness wise, nose mainly that I may fix another time but as a colour study it did its job and I'm happy to leave it here for now.
I would welcome any feedback as far as colour is concerned though and just tips on making good skin tones, avoiding muddy colours and mixing  a good pallete.
