Portrait value study

Very pleased with this drawing, I wanted to try drawing a black and white portrait as I thought it would make a good value study . So I found this really good photo on Deviant art (which I'll link when i find where I got it from again) . I was actually really suprised by how accurate I got it to the original portrait and am quite pleased with the shading too.

I did realise after though that the left jaw is too far in and if I corrected that it would look more like the original picture, but I really liked the negative space I'd got around his shoulders and jaw and didn't really want to ruin it even if it is wrong .
